Second: General Store Policies
1. Orders & Payment Policy
- Orders are confirmed as soon as payment is successfully completed.
- We accept payment via: Mada / Credit cards / Apple Pay / Cash on delivery (as available).
- The store reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock shortage or a pricing error, with customer notification and a full refund.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Expected delivery time within the Kingdom depends on the customer’s region.
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the region.
- Customers are notified with a tracking number as soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the health and personal nature of our products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is factory-defective.
- A different product from what was ordered was received.
- The package is unopened, unused, and sealed as received.
To report a product issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
Opened or used packages are not accepted for return for health and safety reasons, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
